Project Management
Our Project Management Service, in industrial and building projects, provides a set of techniques and tools used to plan, execute and control construction projects of any kind. This interactive process involves all the actors from the conception of conceptual, basic engineering, to that of details.
Generation and coordination of multidisciplinary Engineering
We accompany you with multidisciplinary engineering to work in coordination on all projects that involve various areas of engineering. This implies that we are concerned that the key personnel of each discipline must work together, both in administrative and specialized technical aspects, for the development of a project efficiently and effectively.
BIM management
This department deals with the management and direction of construction projects using the BIM methodology of collaborative work. This scheme allows us to centralize all the information of a project in a single model in the following dimensions: spatial (3D/MetaData), time (4D), control of costs and expenses (5D), environment (6D), operation and maintenance ( 7D), which facilitates interoperability between the different actors involved in the project, from the design phase to construction and operation.
Technical Inspection of Works
Our Technical Inspection of Works service is a specialized service that is in charge of supervising and controlling the quality of the work, the labor and the services in the execution, during all the stages of the construction, from its beginning until its completion, in order to ensure compliance with regulations and legislation in the framework of construction.
Constructibility Studies
Our constructability and assembly studies focus on facilitating the efficient and safe use of resources under construction, satisfying the requirements of the client and others associated with the project. Said constructability studies focus on the analysis and evaluation of the technical aspects of a project with the objective of optimizing construction processes and minimizing risks and costs in the work.
